In view of the huge impact of Covid-19 pandemic towards the medical practitioners, the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) on behalf of the Marsh JLT Specialty are pleased to inform you the reduction of premium rates for private practitioners under the MEDEFEND Scheme.

There will be a reduction of 10% from the base/standard premium rates for private practitioners for renewal/new application of MEDEFEND submitted and paid between 8 May to 31 July. We regret that the reduction is not applicable for doctors who have already renewed and secured their 2020/2021 policies, and it will also not be applicable for doctors who renew/apply after 31 July.
