KUCHING (Dec 18): The Ministry of Health (MOH) should use the funds and resources to strengthen public healthcare facilities instead of using Mega PPVs (Covid-19 vaccination centres) to speed up the administering of booster shots, said Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) president Dr Koh Kar Chai.
