21 June 2026 – AI chatbots are not doctors
PETALING JAYA: More Malaysians are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots for health information, from checking symptoms and understanding medical reports to learning about medications and traditional remedies.

KUALA LUMPUR: Doctors should not be penalised for undertaking government-recognised training while continuing to serve in the public healthcare system, said the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA).
