Below Is The Guide:

1. Go to http://app.jltinteractive.com/JLTMPIOnline
   
2. Click Sign Up
3. Fill up your information (Name, MMC Number, MMC Registration Date, Email Address) and click save
4. You will receive a password from us at your email
5. Go to http://app.jltinteractive.com/JLTMPIOnline
6. Key in your MMC Number
7. Key in your password
8. Click Log In & Follow the instructions
9. Click Submit once you have completed
10. Upload the proof of payment at your dashboard under “Other Documents” or email to [email protected]
