- Go to http://app.jltinteractive.com/JLTMPIOnline
- Click Sign Up
- Fill up your information (Name, MMC Number, MMC Registration Date, Email Address) and click save
- You will receive a password from us at your email
- Go to http://app.jltinteractive.com/JLTMPIOnline
- Key in your MMC Number
- Key in your password
- Click Log In & Follow the instructions
- Click Submit once you have completed
- Upload the proof of payment at your dashboard under “Other Documents” or email to [email protected]
